Our Beliefs

God's Holy Word

We believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is our ultimate guide for faith, doctrine, and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21).

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, who convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells them at salvation, empowers them for godly living and service, and seals them for the day of redemption (John 16:7-13; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 1:13-14; Galatians 5:22-23).

The Church

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, composed of all true believers. It is called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and serve others in love, reflecting Christ's compassion for the hurting and heroic (Ephesians 1:22-23; Matthew 28:18-20; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27; James 1:27).

The God Head

We believe in one eternal God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—co-equal, co-eternal, and co-essential. God is sovereign, holy, loving, and just, the Creator and Sustainer of all things (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14).

Humanity & Sin

We believe all people are created in the image of God but have fallen into sin through Adam's disobedience, resulting in spiritual death and separation from God. Every person is inherently sinful and in need of salvation (Genesis 1:26-27; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12).

The Christian Life & Service

We believe believers are called to live holy lives, empowered by the Holy Spirit, in obedience to God's Word. This includes serving others selflessly, as Christ served us, and extending grace to those who have borne the burdens of protection and sacrifice, such as veterans and first responders (1 Peter 1:15-16; Galatians 5:13; Philippians 2:5-8; Hebrews 13:16).

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as a substitutionary atonement for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and intercedes for believers. Through His sacrifice, He offers redemption and reconciliation to God (John 1:1-14; Isaiah 53:4-6; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4; Hebrews 4:14-15).

Salvation

We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, apart from human works. It involves repentance from sin, justification by faith, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit, leading to eternal life with God (Ephesians 2:8-9; John 3:16; Acts 4:12; Romans 10:9-10).

The Resurrection & Eternity

We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead: eternal life in heaven for believers and eternal separation from God for unbelievers. Christ will return personally and visibly to judge the world and establish His kingdom (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15; Revelation 21:1-4).
